A: HVAC and water heater are located in the attic space. Depending on what type of water heater you use (tank or tankless) it may also be located on an exterior wall. Typically well equipment is not located within the footprint of the house. It is a separate structure away from the house.
A: There are many different sizes of doors and windows specified on the plans. These sizes will be made available on the construction drawings.
A: You'll need to check with local covenants to make sure that this is allowed. If so, you would simply purchase a multi-use plan package and a reverse option. If you need the plans to reflect a monolithic, it can be done as a modification for a fee of $250. However, due to our current workload the timeframe is 4-6 weeks.
